In order to work out various scenarios, engineers plan to use the computer simulated flight program.

In addition to creating a dispatch service, the Singapore authorities are going to finalize the legislation and develop common standards, altitude, and range of flights. They are going to take into account other important points in the preparation of the project, which, according to preliminary calculations, will take at least four years.
