The American company NVIDIA , one of the two whales of the graphics adapter market, followed the NVIDIA GeForce 670MX and 675MX mobile graphics cards with which AVADirect Clevo laptops officially introduced two entry level models. In the assortment of the manufacturer, the novelties were named GT 645M and GT 625M .
The NVIDIA GeForce GT 625M model is based on the base of a 28-nanometer GF117 GPU, which has assets of 96 CUDA cores. The GPU operates at 625 MHz. The amount of DDR3 memory is 2 GB, and the operating frequency is 1800 MHz. The memory bus width is 64 bits.
The NVIDIA GeForce GT 645M graphics card is based on the GK107 graphics core with 384 CUDA cores, which operates at 710 MHz. The memory capacity is up to 2 GB, and its working frequency depending on the type is 1800 (DDR3) and 4000 (GDDR5) MHz. The memory bus width is 128 bits.
The memory bandwidth of the GeForce GT 625M is 14.4 GB / s, while the result of the GT 645M model is 28.8 (DDR3) and 64 GB / s (GDDR5), respectively.
