Panasonic launches Lumix GF5 camera

The Japanese company Panasonic is releasing a replacement for the Lumix GF3 camera that arrived last year. The novelty was named Lumix GF5 , as well as the 12.1-megapixel Live MOS sensor, which according to the developers, significantly improves the quality of shooting in comparison with its predecessor.

The Panasonic Lumix GF5 also has the Venus Engine VII HD2 graphics processor, ISO 12800 sensitivity, a touchscreen with a resolution of 920 thousand points, a new user interface, support for Full HD video recording (saved in AVCHD or MPEG4). New compatible with Micro Four Thirds lenses. It will be available in two configurations - with Lumix GX optics with an enhanced zoom function (costing 579 pounds sterling) and Lumix G Vario with a standard zoom (449 pounds).
