The Chinese partner in manufacturing AMD Redeon printed circuit boards, as well as motherboards, Yeston, showed pictures of the Radeon HD 7970 printed circuit board, which would ultimately reduce the cost of manufacturing these graphics cards and, accordingly, their final cost on the shelves.

The source reports that the printed circuit board of the top card is made on the Radeon HD 7950 patterns. The designers managed to significantly reduce production costs without losing much in the final quality of the product. The board uses 8 + 1 + 1 power circuit, ferrite chokes, LFPAK MOSFETs and, apparently, UPI VRM controller. As a cooling, most likely, a high-speed cooler will be used. The board has two DVI ports, HDMI 1.4a and standard DisplayPort 1.2.
